Bill

We love our dogs. We got Dinah (she's the strawberry blonde dachshund you see in the films,) when we were married about 2 months, and we got Bill (the little black dachshund,) at month 6 or 7. So they have been with us nearly our whole married life. This spring, Bill started throwing up off and on every couple of weeks. Throw up one day, not eat for a couple of days, then be fine. In June he stopped eating entirely for nearly two weeks. After no real progress at our normal vet, we took him to an emergency vet hospital with a lot of specialists. He had a mass in his intestine which they removed.

He immediately improved. He was eating and acting like himself again. We shot this film just a few weeks after his surgery.

Haley and Danny had a fantastic wedding in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, near Arbor Vitae. Ceremony at St. Anne's in nearby Boulder Junction, and reception at Coon's Franklin Lodge. So many wonderful details, and a very fun group to work with. A special thanks to Anda Marie for sending Haley my way. Part 2 will come soon. There was too much great footage to cram into one post.

Day at the Beach

My wife, our three dogs and I spent a day at Kohler-Andrae state park near Sheboygan this summer. It is one of the first places that we've found that allows dogs in the water! Our dogs had tons of fun splashing and swimming in Lake Michigan.
